Amartya Sen visited Rotterdam on 30 June and 1 July, 2010On June 30 and July 1, 2010 professor Amartya Sen visited the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (EUR). Sen is Th. W. Lamont University Professor and Professor of Economics and Philosophy at Harvard University. He was awarded the Nobel prize in Economics in 1998. The Erasmus University and the Erasmus Institute for Philosophy and Economics (EIPE) warmly invited you for the Public Lecture and the Symposium on the Philosophy of Amartya Sen.Justice Care and the FamilyOn Friday 26 and Saturday 27 of June 26, 2009, we organised a conference on 'Justice, Care and the Family' .
